How does billing work?
Pro is a flat-rate plan billed per account, monthly or annually — your price doesn't change as you add more machines within the plan's limit. Team pricing is tailored to your organisation and set up by our sales team.
How do I get the Team plan?
Team is activated individually by our sales team. Email [email protected] and we'll tailor machine count, retention, alert channels, and pricing to your needs.
What happens if I exceed my plan's machine limit?
New agents won't be able to connect until you free up a slot or upgrade your plan. Existing machines keep reporting normally. Team plans are sized to your fleet with no preset cap.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro at any time — changes take effect immediately and are prorated on your next invoice. Moving to or from Team is handled by our sales team.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free tier lets you evaluate the platform with up to 10 machines and core monitoring. If you need an extended Pro trial for a larger evaluation, get in touch.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pro checkout is powered by Paddle and accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Team plans are invoiced separately.
